Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled accountant with 1-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Chinese and capable of handling financial operations, tax filings, and reporting tasks in both English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) .
• Handle tax filings, including sales tax, corporate income tax, and payroll tax .
• Maintain and improve financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Support external audits by preparing financial data and documentation.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

✅ 1-5 years of accounting experience , preferably in the U.S.
✅ Strong knowledge of GAAP and U.S. tax regulations .
✅ Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required .
✅ Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software .
✅ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail .
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
✅ CPA certification (or in progress) is a plus.
