We are looking for an experienced full-time staff accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for data entry for multiple types of accounts, preparing bank reconciliations, processing payroll, and preparing financial records for accounting clients. Detail oriented is a must. In person only, no remote options.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients and helping them grow their business
• Bookkeeping review and preparation of Year-End Financial Statements
• Assisting the team with recording financial transactions
• Updating and maintaining financial records
• Assisting the team with preparing of bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online
• Track company income and expenses for management
• Payroll data entry
• Sales tax data entry

​ Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant, hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online or a similar program (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and on a team
• Proactive at problem-solving
• Professionalism and Integrity
• Detail Oriented is a must for this position
• Must be able to pass a background check
• In-person only, no remote option
