We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to join the Retail Engagement & Marketing team. In this role, youll lead and develop a team of art directors and motion, production, and graphic designers to develop creative strategy, visual identity, and experiential design for internal communications, events, and experiences that inspire and empower the work of Retail teams worldwide. **Description** In this role, youll be the gate keeper of REMs WW visual and brand identity, design standards and best practices. You will lead and create global and localized programs and campaigns across platforms and mediums, working closely with strategists, experience designers, creative writers, digital editors, and videographers. You will do everything from conceptualizing to reviewing creative work, serving as a strong voice, educator, and leader of others. You will spearhead the development and impeccable execution of a variety of projects and deliverables from motion graphics, illustration, and photography to video, 3D renderings, and VR/XR. As our ideal candidate, you are an inspiring leader, creative thinker and visual communicator, adept at advocating for innovative approaches and turning complex business problems into simple yet inspiring creative solutions.
