What You'll Do

•Lead and inspire a team of parts professionals to achieve departmental goals.

•Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting customers courteously and professionally.

•Manage inventory effectively-overseeing stock orders, pricing, and accurate data entry.

•Drive department performance with strategic forecasting and staff development.

What We're Looking For

• Experience : 3+ years in automotive parts management (Mopar experience is a BIG plus!).

• Customer-Centric : Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

• Driven : Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet objectives in a process-driven environment.

• Qualified : Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
