Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process bank, credit card and payroll activity through QuickBooks Desktop ( manual and bank feeds)
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the client's accounts to generate financial statements
- Work independently to manage your clients each month to ensure their financials are up to date.
- Assist with year-end filings ( 1099's etc)
- Collaborate with team and clients to resolve any discrepancies.
Skills:
- Extensive with QuickBooks Desktop is required and online experience a plus.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to multi task with multiple clients
- Communication skills to interact with clients
