Project Details:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on testing expertise to support a multi-year, multi-phase project involving requirements elicitation, analysis, and quality assurance testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the project manager, lead business analyst, development team, and project stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements and corresponding test cases.

This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively while taking direction from project leads. The ability to take initiative in learning business processes and understanding existing application functionality is highly valued. A strong commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and delivering high-quality customer service is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and update project documentation to accurately capture all requirements and decisions.

· Possess a comprehensive understanding of the overall requirements process from both business and technical perspectives.

· Create test scenarios, test plans, test reports, and track the lifecycle of defects.

· Ensure developed solutions align with documented user requirements.

· Apply knowledge of industry-standard automation testing suites, including regression testing.

· Utilize requirements tools and applications for managing bugs, issues, testing, design, and development.

· Adapt to working with multiple stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise and availability.

· Identify and propose solutions for risks and opportunities, independently or in collaboration with the team.

· Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and reference documents as requested by stakeholders.

· Be familiar with SQL and data load strategies.

· Bring experience with the full software development lifecycle and related project management activities.

· Demonstrate familiarity with the Business Analyst Book of Knowledge (BABOK) or hold relevant certifications through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to teamwork. The ability to proactively learn and adapt to evolving business processes is a plus.

· Demonstrate knowledge and prior use of requirements tools and how they interact with applications used for management of bugs, issues, testing, design and development.

· Remain adaptable and flexible when working with multiple clients with varying degrees of knowledge and ability/availability to participate.

· Identify and propose improvements, corrections, or mitigation strategies for risks and opportunities, independently or collaboratively with the team.

· Develop and/or maintain user manuals, ad hoc training, and reference materials as requested by program area stakeholders.

· Be familiar with SQL and data load strategies.

· Bring experience with the full software development lifecycle and related project management activities.

· Demonstrate familiarity with the Business Analyst Book of Knowledge (BABOK) or have certifications through the International Institute of Business Analysis.

Familiarity with managing change throughout the SDLC and

hands-on experience with scope management. 8 years

Experience in technical writing and documentation. 8 years

Business process flow diagraming and process improvement. 8 years

Analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with problem

diagnosis, task planning, and time management 5 years

Experience with QA methodologies and testing techniques;

familiarity with test-driven design principles and regression

Experience with SQL, TFS/GitHub, Jira, including the ability to
