Job Title: Shuttle/Spotter Driver – Ecolab (Huntington, IN) Location: Huntington, IN (45-mile hiring radius) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shuttle/Spotter Driver to join our team at Ecolab in Huntington, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for moving trailers between the plant and the warehouse at customer request, handling all fleet trailer movements, and assisting with on-site trailer shuttling. You will typically work weekdays and rotating Saturdays, with shifts shared between two drivers. Key Responsibilities: Move trailers between the plant and warehouse at customer request. Shuttle trailers on-site, ensuring fleet movement requirements are met. Rotate with another driver for coverage, including Saturdays as required. Cover the other driver's shift when necessary (e.g., for vacation or other events). Primary shifts are split, with coverage from 6 AM to 6 PM. Schedule: Standard Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM to close (typically 6 PM). Saturday Shift: 6 AM to close (typically 6 PM), rotated between drivers. On-Call for Coverage: Available for 1st shift coverage as needed for vacations and other time-off events. Compensation: Hourly Pay: $28.00 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours worked. Work Guarantee: If you work 6 hours daily for 5 days, you will have 30 hours of worked hours plus a 10-hour guarantee for a total of 40 hours. For Saturday shifts, if you reach 30 hours during the week, additional hours up to 10 will be paid at regular time. Bonuses: New Hire Transition Bonus: $500, paid in full on the second paycheck. Referral Bonus: Up to $3,000 (paid in increments of $1,000 on the second paycheck, 60 days, and 120 days). Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. Endorsements: Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Equipment: Trucks: Slip seat arrangement with speed set at 62 mph on pedal and 65 mph on cruise.
