Position Details:
• Home Time: Run 23 days and enjoy 5 full days off.
• Freight:
All no-touch freight, 65% drop and hook.
Primarily running Midwest, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, some Northeast and some western US.
Must be able to handle both reefer and dry van freight.
• Pay Structure:
$0.62 CPM for the first 2,000 miles driven weekly.
$1.00 per mile for every mile over 2,000 weekly.
Average pay: $1,600–$1,900 per week with company-paid health insurance.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 total—$750 paid on the first paycheck, $750 on the second, and $500 after six months.
• Equipment:
Late-model Mack Anthems and Pinnacles (2-5 years old).
No cameras in trucks.

Driver Requirements:
• Experience:
Minimum of 6 months Class A OTR or Regional experience (reefer or dry van) within the last year.
• Age: Must be 23 years or older.
• Driving Record:
o No more than 2 moving violations (none major) in the last 3 years.
o No speeding tickets over 20 MPH if you have another moving violation in the same period.
o No more than 2 DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years (no injuries, rear-end collisions, jackknifes, or rollovers).
o Maximum of 2 incidents in the last 3 years.
• Employment History:
o No more than 3 jobs in the last year and 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Criminal Record:
o No felonies in the last 7 years or misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
o Must be off probation or parole for 5 years for felonies and 3 years for misdemeanors.
• Drug Testing:
o Must pass urine and hair follicle testing at orientation.
o If you’ve ever failed or refused a DOT drug test, you are not eligible, even with a completed SAP program.
May have two DUIs in your lifetime (only in personal vehicle) but must be older than five years old

• Orientation lasts 2.5 days and pays $300.
