The Clinical Social Worker at the Fetal Care and Surgery Center provides comprehensive clinical services to pregnant women facing fetal anomalies. This role involves psychosocial assessments, coordination of care with multidisciplinary teams, and participation in program development. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work and an LICSW, demonstrating expertise in maternal mental health and crisis management.

Full-time social work position in the Fetal Care and Surgery Center providing a range of clinical services to pregnant women diagnosed with a fetal anomaly. Opportunity to be involved in the development of the psychosocial arm of a new fetal surgery program. This is an outpatient position that is 100% onsite.

This Fetal Care and Surgery Center Social Worker will be responsible for:

• Screening/assessment/treatment of maternal mental health
• Psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary team
• Coordination of care within BCH and with partner delivery hospitals
  
  

To qualify, you must have:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work and LICSW is required.
• Comfort with crisis management, goals of care discussions and bereavement
• Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment essential.
• Interest in program development and research desirable.
• Bilingual/bicultural/diverse candidates are encouraged to apply

Schedule will include four 10-hour days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with flexibility for coverage needs. This position is an outpatient position that is 100% onsite.
