CGI Federal is seeking a mid-to senior level Community Care/Integrated Veteran Care Specialist to provide leadership, guidance and subject matter expertise in the areas of VAs Community Care/Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) Veteran programs and Family Member/Beneficiary programs, such as Community Care Network (CCN) and Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) programs. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations of the US Federal government. This program will retire the agencys existing legacy system and replace it with Momentum. We take an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting our client, working in an Agile environment using emerging technologies.

This position is located in our Arlington, VA or Austin, TX; office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and review business processes and system interfaces for incorporating VAs Community Care/Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) and Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) programs with VAs Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Program.
Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of VAs Community Care/Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) Veteran programs and Family Member/Beneficiary programs, such as Community Care Network (CCN) and Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) programs
Lead and contribute to business requirements and design sessions with stakeholders from CHAMPVA, IVC, and the related partner systems (CCRS, Non-CCN eCAMS, Claims XM, CP&E)
Review business process flows, data and reporting requirements, VA / VHA policies, and other system processing documentation for these business processes.
Participate in other meetings related to training, change management, and stakeholder management

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree
Minimum 5 years of subject matter expertise in the areas of VAs Community Care/Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) Veteran programs and Family Member/Beneficiary programs, such as Community Care Network (CCN) and Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) programs
Experience with VA/VHA Financial Policies and Financial Reporting requirements.
Experience with VA Financial Management systems, including FMS.
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior-level management and clients.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Experience with Federal Financials and/or Acquisitions.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400 - $169,700.
