Job Description
A construction company in Nova Scotia is seeking an experienced general manager to lead its efforts for a 1100-acre development site owned by the parent company.
Title: General Manager
Job Overview:
Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficient project execution, business growth, and profitability.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related construction-oriented field.
10+ years of experience in construction management, ideally in the residential real estate industry with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis
Verifiable references
