Job Title: Superintendent - Retail & Restaurant Projects

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Benefits

Our client, a leading company specializing in retail and restaurant projects, is looking to add a talented Superintendent to their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, providing leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate schedules, site logistics, and materials management to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction throughout the project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the construction timeline.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in retail, restaurant, or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• OSHA certification and knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
