Medical benefits Bonus 401k Job Details A Commercial Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities for commercial projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and organizational prowess to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor tasks and schedules Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and progress Manage resource allocation, including materials, labor, and equipment Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily field reports Monitor and control project budgets and expenses Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of commercial construction supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different job sites Interested in hearing more?
