We are seeking a skilled and motivated Superintendent to join our ranks, and contribute to the continued success and recognition of our firm, both in our industries and communities alike.

Title: Superintendent (Healthcare and Education Construction)

Location: West Hartford, CT

Salary: $105,000 to $135,000

Requirements:

• Seeking a Superintendent to come on board and lead all onsite work for healthcare and Education projects
• The company performs large-scale education and healthcare projects (hospitals, universities, etc)
• Must have experience managing similar construction projects, and have the ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all subcontractor work.
• The Superintendent will be a leader in the organization, and play a pivotal role in the success of the projects and the company as a whole
• Must be able to work cohesively with the Project Management team, as well as all onsite laborers, sub-contractors, and management team

Qualifications:

• 7-20 years experience in running ground-up commercial or residential construction projects
• OSHA 10 Certified
• OSHA 30 (preferred not required)
• CT based Travel only
• Bachelor's Degree related to construction is preferred but not required
