Title: Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time)

Pay: $18.38-$22.05

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM (20 hours/week)

Location: Chicago, IL 60637 (Remote after training)


Job Description


The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing transactional data with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves handling routine data entry tasks, resolving standard inquiries, and escalating complex issues as needed. Once training is completed, the position will transition to a remote work environment, requiring the candidate to maintain a professional home office setup with internet access.


Responsibilities

• Perform standardized data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• ddress routine questions and escalate complex issues to higher levels.
• Navigate within a PC environment and handle high-volume, repetitive data entry in a production setting.
• Ensure all corrections and transactions are properly approved, reviewed, and recorded per institutional policies.
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service to the University community.
• Open, manage, and close requests through the ServiceNow portal.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
