Delta V DCS Implementation Specialist

Position Title & Basic Details
Were looking for a Delta V DCS Implementation Specialist based in Indiana. This is a Contract position requiring 7-10 years of relevant experience. A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.

Overview
In this role, youll be responsible for implementing and configuring Delta V DCS systems as part of a groundbreaking facility expansion project in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in Delta V coding and programming and thrives in an innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control strategies and batch processes for new manufacturing buildings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Delta V systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during system testing and startup.
- Follow best practices and stay current on industry trends to continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Delta V DCS implementation and coding; familiarity with GMP standards is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years working on automation projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Delta V recipe authoring and configuration.
- Specific experience in biosynthetic purification processes.
- Additional credentials or certifications in automation or control systems.
