Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide support in organizing and executing various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and celebrations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Help with event setup and breakdown, including arranging decorations, seating, and equipment.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on schedule.
• Manage guest lists, registrations, and attendee communications.
• Ensure that event materials, such as brochures, signage, and swag, are prepared and distributed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as tracking event budgets, preparing schedules, and updating event calendars.
• Assist with post-event activities, including feedback collection and debriefing sessions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
