Job Title: Event Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support in planning, organizing, and executing events. The Event Assistant will assist with a variety of tasks, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and on-site support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about event management, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Help in booking venues, coordinating vendors, and arranging transportation, accommodations, and catering.
• Manage guest lists and send invitations to attendees.
• Communicate with vendors, partners, and participants to ensure all aspects of the event are in place.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
• Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly handled.
• Monitor event budgets and help maintain financial records.
• Assist with social media and marketing efforts to promote events.
• Respond to inquiries from attendees and other stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
