Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Event Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with the event management team to deliver high-quality, memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
• Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and material preparation.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, creating event timelines, and tracking budgets.
• Assist with guest registration, managing attendee lists, and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure events adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues or needs that arise.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
