Job Title: Event Assistant Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, providing an opportunity to assist in organizing and executing a wide range of events. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion. Prepare event materials such as programs, invitations, and signage. Manage event registrations, track RSVPs, and maintain guest lists. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring that all elements are running smoothly. Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and technology. Handle event-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to attendees, vendors, and stakeholders. Assist in post-event evaluations and report on event outcomes, including gathering feedback and suggestions for improvements. Perform administrative duties such as maintaining event schedules, sending out reminders, and managing event budgets. Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (College degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
