Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse is now interviewing; We are excited to be expanding our family.

Davio's pairs a state-of-the-art kitchen and exceptional restaurant design, with a warm, inviting place to dine. Davio's signature Northern Italian Brandt Beef steaks, handmade pastas and authentic pizzas combine to create a dining experience that is unforgettable.

Qualified applicants must have natural hospitality, a great work ethic and previous experience. Attention to detail must be evident in everything you do.

You must be a "Hands on" working Chef who manages and directs the daily operations of the kitchen, including selection, development and performance management of employees. Manages the day-to-day operational and financial activities to optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Required Education, Training, Knowledge and Experience (Describes the minimum education, training, knowledge and experience which are required to competently perform the job duties of this job).

• Minimum of 5 years of Chef experience in fine dining which includes personnel management and operational experience.
• Working knowledge in the following dimensions of kitchen functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports.

Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate: Reston VA : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Culinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Chefs: 1 year (Preferred)
