Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Farm Hand - Sod Farm Assistant

to support our seasonal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience

with farm equipment and a strong work ethic. This is a physically demanding

role with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and

seasonal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate farm equipment such as tractors, skid steers, forklifts, and bush hogs
• Assist in sod harvesting and general farm duties
• Maintain and clean equipment as needed
• Perform other farm-related tasks assigned by supervisors
• Work effectively with the team to meet operational goals

Qualifications:

• Experience operating farm equipment (tractors, skid steers, forklifts, bush hogs)
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be in good physical health and able to perform manual labor
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Previous farming experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

• $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience
