Qualifications
- Management experience in a fitness center and/or spa setting
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control
- Strong background in purchasing and retail management
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in supervising a team
- Ability to manage cash registers and retail sales effectively
- Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, and payroll
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct interviews
- Experience with sales and membership
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to interact with customers professionally and build relationships and customer satisfaction
