We are seeking a board-certified/eligible FT general pediatrician,31-33 hours per week. We offer a strong gross compensation plan (including benefits) of $200,000-$300,000 annually. Benefits included are paid vacation, paid holidays, health benefits, 401k w/ company match, gym membership reimbursement, bonuses, and more. All physicians are paired with a nurse (LPN, RN, or MA), and we have a fun, family-like atmosphere at work. Milestones Pediatrics is a small, private pediatrics practice in suburban Oakland, NJ that was founded with zero patients in 2009, and now has a panel of around 5,000 patients. The office is open 6 days/week with limited hours on the weekends; we are closed for eight holidays per year. Our group of four physicians works with LPNs/RNs/MAs. We focus on an office-wide team approach, and we value the input every team member has in helping to keep our practice up to date and providing the highest level of care to our patients. We all do our best to help one another to achieve and maintain each person's idea of work/life balance.
