We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage HR operations and provide executive administrative support. This role is ideal for a professional with at least three years of HR experience , strong expertise in payroll, onboarding, high-volume operations, and government compliance , and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. \n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n HR Functions \n\n

\n\t
• Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws .\n\t
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment , onboarding, and offboarding, handling high-volume hiring needs efficiently.\n\t
• Administer payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation, adhering to federal and state regulations.\n\t
• Manage benefits administration , including enrollments, terminations, and responding to employee inquiries.\n\t
• Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect current laws and best practices.\n\t
• Maintain HR records and employee data , ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.\n\t
• Lead employee training sessions and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\n

\n\n Executive Administrative Support \n\n

\n\t
• Provide administrative assistance to leadership , including scheduling, calendar management, and preparing reports.\n\t
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.\n\t
• Manage special projects and process improvements assigned by leadership.\n\t
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other executive support tasks .\n

\n\n Qualifications \n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\t
• 3+ years of HR experience with a strong background in payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations .\n\t
• Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring and onboarding efficiently.\n\t
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, government compliance, and industry best practices .\n\t
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills .\n\t
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills ; bilingual proficiency is a plus.\n\t
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\t
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \n

\n\n Preferred Qualifications \n\n

\n\t
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus.\n\t
• Experience providing executive-level administrative support .\n
