Hospitality Recruiter

We are seeking a professional individual for the role of Hospitality Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter with the following responsibilities:

Hospitality Recruiter Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry required
• This position will require you to be commutable to Chandler, Arizona 4 days a week with one flex day.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Desire to be part of a team that is dedicated to hospitality, a culture of care, metrics-driven results, and continuous improvement.

• Talent acquisition, interviews, coordination, and collaboration

• Networking to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and companies
