Commission is paid quarterly for this role, and it could be as high as 25%.

The Role:

• Client Advocacy: Be the primary point of contact for relocating clients, providing guidance and care throughout the entire moving process.
• Move Coordination: Oversee door-to-door logistics, including packing, transportation, customs clearance, and unpacking for long-distance and international relocations.
• Vendor Collaboration: Partner with service providers to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Exceptional Customer Service: Address issues promptly, adapt to changing schedules, and keep clients informed at every stage.
• Financial Management: Handle cost estimates, manage policy exceptions, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Industry Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of household goods relocation and freight forwarding across air, sea, and land.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven background in the international moving industry with hands-on move coordination expertise
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and household goods logistics
• Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, IT proficiency, and numerical accuracy
• Certifications: FIDI/FAM certification or equivalent experience is a plus
• Attitude: A team player with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping people
