Job Description

I'm currently representing an Elite Boutique Investment Bank as they look to expand their Industrials group with the hire of an Associate.

Associates will provide deliverables that are relied upon by our senior bankers to help our clients and can expect to receive a high level of responsibility and deal execution experience. Associates will have the ability to work independently but will also be expected to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Quarterbacking the execution of deals from start to finish
2. Attending client meetings
3. Supervising Analyst level banking professionals
4. Playing key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in M&A execution
5. Working on lean deal teams to maintain client relations and build M&A product expertise

Qualifications:

1. Experience working at another investment bank or M&A Advisory firm
2. MBA from a top-tier business school or Analyst to Associate promotion
3. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, or Economics from a target school preferred
4. Buy and sell-side M&A experience is required
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint
6. Team player and a self-starter
7. Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines
