About the Role
The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Managing Director with a focus on the Insurance sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with deal origination and execution within the insurance industry, overseeing the entire M&A deal process from start to finish, and ensuring the seamless execution of both buy and sell-side M&A transactions. This role also involves working closely with senior team members to maintain and grow client relationships, as well as mentoring and training junior resources. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of investment banking experience, a proven track record in originating and executing M&A deals, and a background in M&A within the insurance, P&C, insurance services, or InsurTech subsectors.
