Job Description

Rooms To Go is currently in search of a Helpdesk Analyst with a passion for excellence and the desire to provide outstanding customer service! This is a fantastic opportunity to get in with a growth-oriented company. Coverage includes all Rooms To Go Stores, Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, Corporate Centers and remote users based both in the US and Puerto Rico markets.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support to the internal organization as the main point of contact for IT support needs

What we're looking for:

• An aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff issues, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.

• Ability to prioritize, rapidly move from one task to another, and multi-task to satisfy the customer's immediate needs
