Position Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite are required.

Education is important to us: You have a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience.
Experience is important to us: The Business Analyst 2 will demonstrate knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements. The Business Analyst uses available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement to determine the most useful business solution. In addition, the Business Analyst must have experience in:
- Implementing a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
- Determining and documenting user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
- Reviewing and analyzing information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures
- Providing expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis Level 2 performs more varied and difficult tasks compared to Level 1, yet has less autonomy than Level 3.
What you'll do: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through comprehensive manual testing which includes functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, integration testing, and 508 compliance testing. Will provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. The BA Tester will apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. The BA Tester will ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Will be responsible for tracking defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date. Collaboration with a cross-functional team is mandatory. And lastly, the BA Tester will perform regression testing to ensure new code doesn't introduce new defects.
