Line Service Technician Location Dallas, TX :

Overall Purpose: Responsible for a variety of duties that contribute toward safely providing requested services for general aviation aircraft, crews, and passengers. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Operates ground service equipment and uses knowledge of the company policies and procedures to provide efficient and excellent service to customers and other guests of the flight department. Duties may include, but are not limited to, greeting, parking, towing, moving, cleaning, fueling, and de-icing aircrafts as requested. May require extensive and constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, stretching, pushing, pulling, bending, crawling, climbing, twisting, etc. Certain functions of this role may be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions such as precipitation, jet engine fumes, dust, and noise.

Education: Typically HS Diploma or equivalent is needed.

Experience: Typically 0-2 years relevant experience in area of responsibility.

Supervisory: No.

Responsible for designing and executing initiatives to educate and inspire employees to view their work through a corporate responsibility lens and embrace AT&T's social and environment sustainability commitments). Key Roles and Responsibilities: Effectively manage digital events and campaigns to execute strategic Corporate Responsibility (CR) initiatives by developing project plans, timelines and budgets. Employee education programs include Social Good Lunch and Learns, Corporate Responsibility speakers' bureau, and CR PLE course. Manages internal digital platforms, newsletters and content development; SharePoint management and analytics. Works with Business Unit peers to manage program execution and marketing. Communicate effectively to internal and external audiences. Develop materials and prep internal executive speakers (presentation, communications plan, speaking notes, timeline, key messages, and tactics). Work with communications team to develop plan and content for digital campaigns and events to increase awareness of CR work. Review and gather approvals (legal, business unit, etc.) for communications material to ensure accuracy and clarity. Identify metrics for project success. Quantify impact and value to the business (confirm the value proposition in terms that are meaningful to the business). Oversee agencies and/or external vendors (communications services, software, non-profits, and consultants) to utilize their services effectively.

Education: Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred.
