PRN Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Care Manager for a local contract nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Job Description & RequirementsM-F 8-5pm with majority of position in office and approximately one day of the week in field. Rotate call 5pm-8am. Call rotation is divided between 5-8 people. 40 hours/wk\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n-Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required. Unless superseded by requirements listed in the state-specific section.\n-Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required.\n-Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care required.
