Seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager with a focus on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing PPC campaigns, possess advanced skills in Klaviyo, and demonstrate a strong background in analytics. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Responsibilities: PPC Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness. Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management. Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI. Email Marketing: Leverage Klaviyo and other email marketing tools to create and implement targeted email campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives. Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance. Coordinate with creative department on needed assets to segment audiences Conduct A/B testing with subject lines/ creative/ content. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track key metrics and measure the success of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals. Strategy and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in PPC, email marketing, and analytics. Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies to enhance the overall digital presence and customer engagement.
