A Massage, Inc. delivers a world-class spa experience for all clients, including chair, table, and foot massages. Our courteous, friendly, and professional staff are experts at what they do and are dedicated to making our clients feel great! Our spa is conveniently located within the Denver International Airport, allowing us to meet worldwide travelers and alleviate any tension, stress, or strain that has invaded their journeys.
We are looking for a friendly and professional licensed massage therapist to join the team at A Massage, Inc. and provide our guests with a wide range of massage services. You should have excellent customer service and communication skills and be experienced in performing various types of massages.
** Please note that only Licensed Massage Therapists will be considered for this position **
What You’ll Do:
Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests, consulting with clients to screen them for underlying conditions, and assisting clients in selecting appropriate services. Additionally, you will answer guest questions and explain treatments and packages in a courteous manner. Other responsibilities include:
Performing various types of massages and massage therapy on clients depending on their needs or preferences, such as Swedish massages, hot stone massages, deep-tissue massages, Shiatsu massages, sports massages, and CBD massages.
Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions.
Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized spa.
Setting up spas and workstations and ensuring overall cleanliness and tidiness.
Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy and replacing them between sessions.
Sterilizing equipment.
Accompanying guests to and from treatment areas.
Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
Maintaining client records and filing documentation.
Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
What You’ll Bring:
Our ideal candidate can understand clients’ concerns and easily answer all massage-related questions. Preferred candidates are friendly, guest-oriented, and dexterous.
Only licensed massage therapists will be considered for this position.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must be a licensed massage therapist.
Previous professional experience as a massage therapist.
Knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent people skills.
Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients.
