POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for providing daily technology and productivity-tool support, both desk side as well as over the telephone. Responsible for providing additional expertise by integrating hardware, software, system administration, and networking knowledge. Responsible for troubleshooting ,diagnosing, and resolving network and system issues with IoMT devices.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree in engineering, computer science or related field and one year of experience required OR three years equivalent experience is required. Professional certifications from one of the following preferred: Certified Netware Administrator (CNA), Certified Netware Engineer (CNE), Master CNE, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), IBM AIX Certified System Administrator, Bay Networks Certification Programs, Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA). Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in multiple vendor and platform environments is preferred. University Health
