Role Description

This is a fully remote commission position. Work full time or part time as your schedule allows. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals. The Travel Agent will provide excellent customer service, ensure travel plans are accurate and meet client needs, and handle sales inquiries related to travel. The role requires someone who can effectively communicate with clients and suppliers to coordinate travel plans and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in US, Mexico, UK or Australia
• Experience with Reservations, including booking flights and hotels
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Car Rental processes
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements for clients
• Sales skills, including upselling travel packages and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of travel industry and destination information is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is beneficial
