The Role We're searching for a
skilled Residential Service Plumber with a solid background in residential plumbing. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair, along with a commitment to customer service excellence. This role is crucial for upholding our client's high standards of safety and service.
Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years in the plumbing industry, particularly in residential settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and a strong commitment to safety.
- Excellent diagnostic abilities and a problem-solving approach.
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 70 pounds and working in diverse environments to efficiently perform job tasks.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities - Accurately identify and resolve plumbing issues in residential environments.
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Provide superior customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Pursue continuous learning to remain updated on industry trends and advancements.
