Job Description You will own the package technology roadmap, working closely with the Power Product Group to provide significant contributions that align with business needs and deliver competitive solutions in the marketplace. Additionally, you will lead and drive multiple power package technology innovation projects, including modules, ensuring successful execution in collaboration with Renesas Operations and external partners. Responsibilities: This role will directly report to the VP of Technology & Incubation in support of all PWR BUs (including discrete power). Significant contributions to the PWR package technology roadmap and ownership for the PWR package roadmap. Technically lead multiple package innovation projects working with BU’s, Operations and external vendors to meet business requirements and cost targets. Perform technical feasibility and risk assessment of proposed innovative solutions and develop execution plans to bring solutions to market.
