Job Details

Our construction company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with Light Industrial experience to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of various industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, completing projects on time and within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects, including conceptual budgets, preconstruction estimating, and project management.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure safety protocols are being followed, and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
  • Ensure all project work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software, including Microsoft Project and Primavera.
  • Experience with construction estimating, conceptual budgets, and preconstruction estimating.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
