Rotations range anywhere from three months to one year or more. Acquire the expertise required to build successful customer relationships and cross-cultural partnerships. Stockholm Tokyo “Rotating to Munich, Stockholm, and Tokyo allowed me to truly live and work in different countries like a local. The opportunity to work face-to-face with customers and learn about their challenges made me even more passionate about our day-to-day engineering work. I got to see the full lifecycle of identifying customer pain points and delivering solutions in a more seamless way than when supporting customers remotely. Nothing beats the feeling of getting positive customer feedback about the work you did.” 2-month rotations Tokyo “I rotated to Tokyo, where I intended to stay for two months but ended up staying for two years! Working closely with our Tokyo team, I became deeply involved with a major Japanese OEM customer and fell in love with the city and local culture. Throughout my stay, our Japanese customers saw a lot of value in working with Silicon Valley engineers in person. I’m deeply grateful for my time abroad, and I highly recommend any curious engineers to try out these rotations!” 2-year rotation Seoul Connor “During my rotation to Korea, I got the opportunity to help our customers there expand their autonomy development and testing life cycle. Beyond my role as a software engineer, I learned to deliver technical wins in pre-sales customer meetings, align customer success criteria with our product milestones, and communicate effectively across languages and cultures. I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring outsized impact to a different region, and to grow as a person in both work and non-work contexts.” 5-month rotation Tokyo Seoul Deepshika “I had the unique opportunity to rotate to our Tokyo and Seoul offices. The first customers I supported were based in East Asia, so it was great to finally meet the people I had worked with remotely for two years. Seeing how they interacted with our tools allowed us to collaborate faster and make a lot of progress quickly. I had never visited East Asia before, so I was also excited to immerse myself in the culture and explore. I really enjoyed traveling and visiting a new city every weekend. This experience has helped me grow immensely in my work and my social life.” 3-month and 2-month rotations Stockholm Tokyo “Rotating to Munich, Stockholm, and Tokyo allowed me to truly live and work in different countries like a local.
