Position Overview:
The Director of Car Wash Operations at Terrible's is responsible for overseeing the overall performance, profitability, operational capability and growth of the car wash division. This leadership role involves developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Director will lead a team of managers and staff across multiple locations and states, ensuring consistent delivery of a premier car wash experience while driving strategy, operational efficiency and maximizing revenue.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to read and interpret documents, instructions, and manuals, as well as to communicate effectively.
REASONING ABILITY:
The ability to apply logical thinking to execute instructions and resolve problems is crucial.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Applicants must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The role requires regular standing, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. The incumbent must also be able to perform duties in varying work conditions, such as confined spaces.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
