Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (Required)
Preferred Education: Master's degree in a related field
Minimum Experience: 3 years of prior Nursing Home Administration experience, 4+ years preferred
Experience in long-term care organization
Ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors

Schedule Information

Shift Start Time: Typically 8am
Shift End Time: Typically 5pm
Response Time: Discuss with manager

Unit Specific Information

Unit Overview: Long-term care and skilled nursing facilities set for 50 beds/residents, typical average number of residents is 30 at each location
Current Patient Ratio: Depends on census

Additional Details

Permanent Placement position
Candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start
