About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Client Success to lead the development and performance management of a growing team of Client Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for directly managing a set of strategic accounts. This role requires a professional with a strong background in client services, particularly in the areas of client retention and growth. The VP will be expected to contribute to and execute strategic initiatives, provide day-to-day oversight of the team, and offer consultation and guidance on client-specific needs. A proactive approach to client relationships, superior communication skills, and the ability to assess and address client risks are essential. Applicants for the VP of Client Success position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience leading a team in a related industry, with a proven track record in client retention and growth.
