About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Client Success to lead the development and performance management of a growing team of Client Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for directly managing a set of strategic accounts. This role requires a professional with a strong background in client services, particularly in the areas of client retention and growth. The VP will be expected to contribute to and execute strategic initiatives, provide day-to-day oversight of the team, and offer consultation and guidance on client-specific needs.
