About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Global Business Services (GBS) to lead and manage its shared services functions, including finance, human resources, and procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for the shared services organization, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the global business. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in GBS or multi-functional shared services operations management, who can foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Key responsibilities include optimizing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and leading the Global Process Owners network to manage high-performing teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Global Business Services position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and have at least 10 years of experience in the industry. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment. Experience in a global, multi-currency setting is also preferred.
