Job Description
Winery on the Gruene is seeking a part-time Winemaker's Assistant to join our team. No experience necessary, we will train you. Must be at least 18 years old, able to work on your feet for up to 6 hours at a time, lift up to 50 pounds (including lifting overhead), be able to climb up & down ladders, but most importantly, must be dependable! Pay starts at $13/hour.
Primary duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting the winemakers with all phases of making and bottling wine, cleaning wine vats, unloading and stocking deliveries, etc.
If you're thinking this looks like a fun job, look again. It can be fun, but it is very physically demanding. This is NOT a seasonal position, we are looking for a long-term team member.
