Requirements: Experience: At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience. Endorsements: Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Age: 21 years or older. Compensation: Base Pay: $0.70 per mile (CPM), with a $0.02 CPM bonus for driving 2,000 miles in a week. Weekly Minimum Pay: $1,500. Weekly Average Pay: $1,700. Pay Increase: $0.01 CPM after 1 year of service. Bonuses: New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid on the second paycheck).
