About the Role
We are seeking experienced Flight Paramedics to join a dedicated air medical team based in Safford, AZ . This role involves providing advanced pre-hospital care during air and ground transports. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced medical assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments for critically ill or injured patients.
• Document detailed and accurate patient care and billing information.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Enhance expertise through mandatory meetings, skill labs, and clinical rotations.
• Maintain compliance with certifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• Active Paramedic Certification : Valid in the state of Arizona.
• Field Experience : Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in a busy 911/pre-hospital service.
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials : FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements : Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field and instructor certifications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay : Hourly rates with annual earnings potential of $66,000–$81,170.
• Sign-On Bonus : Up to $20,000 (available through January 31, 2025).
