We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail staff and sales workers
• Evaluate and create systems and strategies to ensure optimal operating efficiency
• Direct and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Provide knowledgeable service to resolve customer needs
• Use 3rd party software for invoice submissions
• Manage QuickBooks, and general day to day operations
• Collaborate with Marketing Teams to promote
• Reliability open and close the store

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
