Responsibilities

Plan, choreograph, and lead a variety of group fitness classes that effectively cater to all fitness levels

Provide modifications for participants with varying degrees of abilities and fitness goals

Create and maintain a positive, high-energy and motivating environment during classes

Promote proper form and technique to ensure safety of all participants

Set up and clean fitness equipment before and after class

Promote additional GYMGUYZ services

Stay current on fitness trends and certifications

Attend GYMGUYZ meetings (1:1s and team meetings)

Qualifications

Current Group Fitness Group Instructor certification

Current AED and CPR certification

Proven experience effectively leading group fitness classes

Strong communication and motivational skills

Ability to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and evenings

Knowledge of fitness trends and safety guidelines
